This to$$er decided he couldn t wait an extra 2-3 mins to get to the roundabout, so setoff quickly down the otherside of the road (IE aggresively overtaking), so he could get into the right-hand side lane of the roundabout, narrowly missing another car coming legitimately down the other side of the road.
