This driver was speeding in a 30 mph zone and as I was sticking to the limit he started becoming aggressive by putting his headlights on full beam. After not giving into his dazzling tactics he decided to overtake aggressively at about 40mph. Obviously he was frustrated to have put his headlights on full beam to intimidate another motorist so it reflects a personality disorder with a problem he is trying to cover up and use his speed to get the better of others. These people often cannot accept their own limitations and use their cars as a type of power to bully other motorists. Drivers who become aggressive towards other law-abiding drivers have some sort of complex and need to maintain one-upmanship over others. He may have a powerful car but not of intelligence or common sense but quite the contrary.
