Original report (as submitted)

A regular: chavved up GSi driven by a baseball cap: joins the A19 at the northern end of Barlby and tries to get from there to the A64 in one continuous overtake, occasionally pulling in to let oncoming traffic get past. I mention it today because it was pissing down with rain after a 2 day dry spell - nice and slippy - so he must have a deathwish.
