Original report (as submitted)

This chap decided to avoid a five minute queue on the main road by skipping through the adjacent street where I live. I was only doing 20mph as it s a residential street crawling with foolish kids and with parked cars for most of its length. This was clearly not saving him enough of his precious time so he decided to hurry me along by tail-gating, attempting to overtake adjacent to parked cars and eventually shunting into the back of me. He was kind enough to pose for a photograph (or rather to stand in the way when I tried to photograph the incident). I spent a pleasant ten minutes wasting his time fannying around and pretending to be even more annoyed than I was. With any luck this will have made him late for whatever fantastically important destination he had. --- Context --- Type: Tail Gating Location: Herefordshire Vehicle: Land Rover Discovery Registration: YT09 SKF Date reported: 2025-06-29 --- Safety takeaway --- Leave extra following distance and avoid brake-check escalation.
