At first it looked as if the driver wasn t familiar with all the traffic lights as he started going through a red light but realised this and stopped. It didn t come to anything but could have contributed toward an accident. A bit further at the next set of traffic lights at Nlton Street/Cowbridge Road he didn t indicate. This confirmed it was not human error but lack of attention and not passing the relevant information on to other road users
