Description

There isn t an incident type that fully covers this incident. The van tail gated the car behind me, then me, then the guy in front. He overtook in the face of on-coming traffic, at ghost islands and at junctions. A fine example of how car thieves featured on television programmes drive, so much so I was expecting blue lights to follow, and unfortunately didn’t get the full index number.
