Number of passed laybys that were ignored, approx 35 over a 20 mile section.
This sort of ignorant, selfish and uneducated driving is the main cause of accidents on this type of road. Following drivers get frustrated and then attempt poor and dangerous overtakes. Use the laybys and let normal traffic pass safely.
